We believe luggage should last longer than your layovers.

Your luggage is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which includes material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

At Tesport, we craft travel goods that are designed to go the distance. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the following polycarbonate and soft-sided luggage purchased directly from Tesport:

• Cloud International Carry-On
• Cloud Flex Carry-on
• Cloud International Carry-on Pro
• Cloud Medium Check-In
• Cloud Large Check-In
• Cloud Medium Backpack
• Cloud Large Backpack
• Cloud Tote
• Cloud Crossbody Belt Bag
• Cloud Mini Pouch
  

All of the above are referred to as "Luggage" throughout this Limited Warranty.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty protects against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. Specifically, we'll cover:

• Cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell
• Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or become non-functional
• Zippers that can no longer open or close
• Tears or rips in soft fabric that result from a defect (not normal wear and tear)

Duration of Coverage

"Lifetime" refers to the reasonable expected life of the materials and components, not your lifetime or the luggage's. It's the period during which your luggage is expected to remain functional with normal use.

What We'll Do

If a valid claim is approved under this Limited Warranty, we'll provide you with replacement luggage. Please note:

• Replacement may not match your original in color, model, or size
• It may be new or refurbished, depending on availability

What This Warranty Doesn't Cover

While we build our luggage to be resilient, this warranty does not cover:

• Damage from airline handling, improper storage, or rough treatment
• Cosmetic wear and tear (scuffs, dents, marks, fading, etc.)
• Use in commercial or extreme conditions (e.g. courier services)
  
• Damage from abuse, accidents, solvents, or extreme temperatures
• Fabric tears or abrasions due to long-term wear or misuse

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tesport and its suppliers will not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the luggage in question
• This warranty provides specific legal rights—you may have additional rights depending on your state or country

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please contact our customer service team at support@tesportinc.com. Include the following:

1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2. Clear photos of the issue
3. A short written explanation of the defect
4. Your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email

Important: Once your claim is pre-approved, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Do not ship your luggage to us before receiving this label. If your item is sent without prior approval, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

If Your Claim Is Accepted:

• We'll send a replacement within 60 days of receiving your returned item
• Shipping for the replacement is on us

If your claim is not approved, we'll return the item to you "as-is" at your expense.

Tesport reserves the right to amend the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
