We get it—sometimes, it's not the perfect match. Here’s how we make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new and in unused condition, purchased directly from our website. Please ensure that all original accessories and components included with your purchase are returned in the original carton. Returns that are missing accessories or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Email support@tesporttravel.com to get started. Include your order number and photos as proof of condition.
We'll provide a prepaid return label. A $25 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. We keep this fee as low as we can—it helps cover the real cost of shipping and processing returns.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
